He is extremely knowledgable about training and has smart and realistic goals for me as a client such as building muscle and body symmetry, increasing stability, and preventing injury. he also frequently changes things up (every 2-3 weeks) which keeps my body guessing (in a good way!), allows me to build a wide range of strength and resiliency, and is just generally more fun. Most importantly David has a great attitude. He's fun to work with, extremely positive, and always on time and prepared. He's fantastic and I'd recommend him to anyone young or old, whether they have never lifted weights before or is an expert.
